Welcome to Rite Price Solar. These Payment Terms ("Terms") outline the payment options and conditions for purchasing our products and services. By placing an order with Rite Price Solar, you agree to these Terms.

1.1 Official Business Name: Rite Price Roofing Pty Ltd trading as Rite Price Solar (ABN 95 161 169 553).

1.2 Acceptance of Terms: By placing an order for our products or services, you agree to these Payment Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not proceed with your purchase.

2. Payment Options

We offer several payment options for your convenience:

2.1 Cash Payments

Deposit: A 20% deposit is required upfront at the time of placing your order.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of installation.
Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit card, and bank transfer. Please ensure that the final payment is made before or on the day of installation to avoid any delays.

2.2 Payment Plans and Green Loans

Third-Party Providers: We offer payment plans and green loans through our third-party finance providers.
Credit Criteria: Approval for payment plans and green loans is subject to the credit criteria of the third-party providers.
Fees and Charges: Additional fees and charges may apply as per the terms and conditions of the third-party providers. Please review their terms carefully before proceeding.
Application Process: To apply for a payment plan or green loan, you will need to complete an application with the third-party provider. Our team can assist you with this process.

3. Invoicing and Receipts

3.1 Invoices: Upon placing an order, you will receive an invoice detailing the total amount due, including the deposit and balance payment amounts.

3.2 Receipts: A receipt will be provided for all payments made, whether for the deposit or the balance payment.

4. Late Payments

4.1 Late Payment Fees: If the balance payment is not received on the day of installation, we reserve the right to charge a late payment fee. The fee will be outlined in your invoice.

4.2 Suspension of Services: Failure to make the required payments may result in a suspension of installation or other services until the outstanding amount is settled.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

5.1 Deposit Refunds: Deposits are generally non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.

5.2 Service Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule the installation, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
